Man faces charges in bar incident
A Hankinson man faces drug, weapons and terrorizing charges after an incident in a local bar.
HANKINSON, N.D. (AP) — A Hankinson man faces drug, weapons and terrorizing charges after an incident in a local bar.
Authorities say 40-year-old James Toms II allegedly walked into the bar last week carrying what turned out to be two BB guns and told patrons he had “25,000 reasons to kill” another man he was looking for.
Police say Toms fled on foot, and when they went to his apartment they found a small marijuana growing operation.
