Looysen admitted with honors

Alex Looysen, son of Steve and Barb Looysen, Jamestown, has been admitted to North Dakota State University “With Distinction.” He will enter NDSU in fall 2010 and plans to major in biology/pre-medicine. Distinction means that NDSU is acknowledging Looysen as an honor student.

Alex Looysen, son of Steve and Barb Looysen, Jamestown, has been admitted to North Dakota State University “With Distinction.” He will enter NDSU in fall 2010 and plans to major in biology/pre-medicine. Distinction means that NDSU is acknowledging Looysen as an honor student.

In high school, Looysen is active in hockey, Internet Safety and National Honor Society. He also is president of Students Against Destructive Decisions and student council. He was named to the All-Conference football team, captain of the football team and was named to the All-State second team in football.
