Compliance of snowmobile registrations, proof of liability insurance, operator’s current driver’s license or snowmobile safety certification card if snowmobilers don’t have a driver’s license will be enforced.
Out-of-state riders need to have the Out-of-State Public Trails Lance Access permits, which are available at www.parkrec.nd.gov.
All registrations are needed to be displayed on both sides of the snowmobile. Registrations are available at the N.D. Department of Transportation or Motor Vehicle Division offices.
