Dunn County man pleads in sex abuse case
A Dunn County man accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl has pleaded guilty to felony gross sexual imposition.
DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — A Dunn County man accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl has pleaded guilty to felony gross sexual imposition.
Forty-one-year-old Kevin Sells will serve five years in prison followed by five years of probation if a judge approves a plea agreement Sells reached with prosecutors.
A sentencing date was not immediately set.
A Killdeer woman who authorities say was aware of the abuse and allowed Sells to have contact with the girl anyway pleaded guilty earlier to contributing to the delinquency or deprivation of a minor.
