IE promotes two executives
The Interstate Engineering Board of Directors recently promoted Travis Dillman, P.E., to East Central regional vice president and John Sauber, P.E,. to West Central regional vice president. Dillman has been with Interstate for 12 years and is a senior project engineer in the firm’s Jamestown office. Sauber is also a senior project engineer, with Interstate’s Mandan, N.D., office for nine years.

Dillman has been with Interstate for 12 years and is a senior project engineer in the firm’s Jamestown office. Sauber is also a senior project engineer, with Interstate’s Mandan, N.D., office for nine years.
Dillman holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and is a registered Professional Engineer in North and South Dakota. He has been primarily involved with municipal projects, including water/wastewater, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements. For the past few years, Dillman has served as project manager for a variety of projects for Prairie Knights Casino and Resort for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe near Fort Yates, N.D.
Sauber holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from North Dakota State University, Fargo. and is a registered Professional Engineer in North and South Dakota and Montana. He has been primarily involved with projects entailing bridges, structures and transportation. Sauber has served on the design team for a number of Interstate’s major construction projects including the US 52/281 Bypass at Jamestown, Collins Avenue reconstruction in Mandan and Prairie Knights Casino Parking Structure near Fort Yates.
