Some DVEC customers should expect outage this afternoon

All Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative customers served by the Gackle substation will experience a 45 minute outage this afternoon, sometime between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.

All Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative customers served by the Gackle substation will experience a 45 minute outage this afternoon, sometime between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. The substation needs to be shut down so transmission crews can perform some necessary repair work.

Customers off the Gackle substation do not need to call in during this time, unless they are still out of power after 5 p.m.
