Crop board to meet Thursday

The North Dakota Crop Protection Product Harmonization and Registration Board will meet from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday in the governor’s conference room on the ground floor of the State Capitol.

The North Dakota Crop Protection Product Harmonization and Registration Board will meet from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday in the governor’s conference room on the ground floor of the State Capitol.

The board will receive reports on projects previously funded by grants from the minor use fund, and will also consider new minor use fund grant requests, as well as harmonization grant funding requests.

Lt. Gov. Jack Dalrymple chairs the board. Other members include Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring, State Sen. Terry Wanzek, State Reps. Tracy Boe and Mike Brandenburg; Ken Grafton, director of the North Dakota State University Experiment Station, and citizen members Terry Weckerly, Ivan Williams, Randy Haugeberg and Stan Buxa.
