Body of missing S.D. woman found
Rapid City police say they do not suspect foul play in the death of an 85-year-old woman whose body was found in a field. Authorities said the body of Esther McNabb was found about 9 a.m. Monday about three-fourths of a mile from her residence. She had been reported missing shortly before 2:30 a.m. by family. Police say she was clothed in a jacket and shoes when found. Authorities said McNabb had been suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — Rapid City police say they do not suspect foul play in the death of an 85-year-old woman whose body was found in a field.
Authorities said the body of Esther McNabb was found about 9 a.m. Monday about three-fourths of a mile from her residence. She had been reported missing shortly before 2:30 a.m. by family. Police say she was clothed in a jacket and shoes when found.
Authorities said McNabb had been suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
