Power crew robbed at S.D. hotel
Police in the South Dakota city of Sioux Falls say electrical workers from Mississippi lost as much as $20,000 in tools when they were robbed at their hotel.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Police in the South Dakota city of Sioux Falls say electrical workers from Mississippi lost as much as $20,000 in tools when they were robbed at their hotel.
The workers were on their way to North Dakota to help with power restoration work when they were robbed this week.
Thousands of people were without power in the Dakotas because of storms that have downed power lines.
