Top Designers Salon and Spa located in the Buffalo Mall is now under new ownership. Julie Stahlecker, Top Designers manager for the past 10 years, purchased the salon and spa in January.

Julie Stahlecker, Top Designers manager for the past 10 years, purchased the salon and spa in January.
Stah-lecker has 21 years experience in the cosmetology industry as a stylist and instructor of cosmetology.
Top Designers has 31 employees and sends staff members to New York, Las Vegas, Omaha, Fargo and other cities to continue training on the latest trends.
Top Designers offers coloring, cuts, perms make up applications, massages, pedicures, facials and customized steam showers.
