Human remains found at fire scene

McLean County authorities say human remains have been found at the scene of a house fire in Benedict.

BENEDICT, N.D. (AP) — McLean County authorities say human remains have been found at the scene of a house fire in Benedict.

The sheriff’s office said the Turtle Lake Fire Department investigated Sunday morning’s fire and discovered the remains among the ashes.
