Pops Concert Monday

The Jamestown High School Choir will hold its annual Pops Concert and Taco Feed at Jamestown High School on Monday. The Taco Feed will be from 5 to 7 p.m. in the high school commons area with entertainment provided by Jamestown High School Jazz Band and various vocal groups.

Tickets may be obtained from a JHS Choir student or purchased at the door for $7 per individual or $25 per family. The ticket prices include two tacos, nachos, dessert, and a drink. 

The annual Pops Concert will follow at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The Pops Concert will be a collection of music performed by the JHS Show Choir, JHS Vocal Jazz, JHS Concert Choir, JHS Men’s Ensemble, JHS Women’s Choir and the Jamestown Middle School Choir. Songs include: “Under the Boardwalk,” “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy,” “Java Jive,” “Barbara Ann,” “Brushstrokes,” “Little Deuce Coupe” and a student favorite, “Bonse Aba.”
