BROOKINGS, S.D. (AP) — Organizers of a two-day dairy industry conference that will be held in Brookings say they are expecting to draw 350 student participants.
BROOKINGS, S.D. (AP) — Organizers of a two-day dairy industry conference that will be held in Brookings say they are expecting to draw 350 student participants.
South Dakota State University's Dairy Club is organizing the event, which gets under way Friday. Students from 15 other colleges are expected to attend.
The Midwest American Dairy Science Association-Student Affiliate Division Conference will cover careers, risks, foreign labor and turning over a farm to a new generation. Students also will compete in a quiz bowl.
