Delta plans for expanded service
Gov. John Hoeven said Delta Air Lines officials have agreed to develop a plan for expanded service for Grand Forks.
BISMARCK (AP) — Gov. John Hoeven said Delta Air Lines officials have agreed to develop a plan for expanded service for Grand Forks.
Grand Forks leaders met with Delta officials at airline headquarters in Atlanta on Thursday. Hoeven and Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., took part via conference call.
Delta recently announced that by June it will have two daily round-trip flights between its Salt Lake City hub and Bismarck, Minot and Fargo. Grand Forks officials expressed dismay that their city was not included in the expansion.
