N.D. rest area closed after vandals strike
A rest area east of Rugby has been closed after vandals destroyed bathroom fixtures, lights and a pay phone. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the Pleasant Lake rest area along U.S. Highway 2 was vandalized Saturday night or Sunday morning. The rest area has been closed until repairs are made.
RUGBY, N.D. (AP) — A rest area east of Rugby has been closed after vandals destroyed bathroom fixtures, lights and a pay phone.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the Pleasant Lake rest area along U.S. Highway 2 was vandalized Saturday night or Sunday morning.
The rest area has been closed until repairs are made.
