Carrington pageant tickets for sale

Tickets for the 14th annual Miss Carrington/Miss Dakota Country Scholarship Pageant are on sale. The pageant is set for 7 p.m. March 13, at the Carrington, N.D., elementary gymnasium. Contestants will be competing for scholarships and the titles of Miss Carrington 2010 and Miss Dakota Country 2010.

Master of Ceremonies Eric Hewitt will host the show along with Miss Carrington, Julie Buchholtz, and Miss Dakota Country, Brittany Entzi. Contestants will be performing an opening number along with Miss North Dakota, Katie Ralston. Contestants will also be sharing their talent numbers, evening wear modeling and brief interviews. Miss Carrington 2008, Jessica Johnson, will also be assisting with the show.

Tickets will be available at a reduced advanced price at local banks, Carrington Super Valu Foods, the Carrington Area Chamber of Commerce, Galt Chiropractic and from pageant committee members. Tickets are $7 at the door, $5 in advance for adults. For children grades K-12 they cost $5 at the door and $3 in advance.
