Medina Mathletes compete

A team of mathletes from Medina Public School won the Stutsman County Mathcounts competition held on Feb. 3. The top individual was Donavan Moser from Medina Public School.

A team of mathletes from Medina Public School won the Stutsman County Mathcounts competition held on Feb. 3. The top individual was Donavan Moser from Medina Public School.

Members of the winning team are Moser, Cheyenne Dockter, Courtney Heupel and Seth Moser. The second- and third-place teams were from Montpelier Public School and Pingree-Buchanan High School respectively.

Mathcounts, a national math enrichment, coaching and competition program, is designed to improve math skills among U.S. students to help prepare students for future career opportunities and success.
