Putnam House has cooking series

Cooking with Blayne Doty in the Putnam House Cooking Series will take place on Wednesday, March 10 and March 17, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Carrington High School home ec room.

The theme for March 10 is “Let’s Do Brunch” which will include mozzarella cheese and bruschetta-making along with various versions of eggs benedict for brunch.

The theme for March 17 is “South of the Border” and will include unconventional fish tacos and much more.

The classes consist of demonstrations and tasting and recipes for each night’s menus.

Cost for the cooking series is $30 and advanced registration/payment is required. Class size is limited to 16.
