S.D. inmate back in custody
An inmate who walked away from the federal prison camp in Yankton has been captured. Officials at the minimum-security facility said 49-year-old Joseph Figliolo was apprehended about 11:30 a.m. Friday.
YANKTON, S.D. (AP) — An inmate who walked away from the federal prison camp in Yankton has been captured.
Officials at the minimum-security facility said 49-year-old Joseph Figliolo was apprehended about 11:30 a.m. Friday.
Figliolo left the prison Wednesday. He was convicted of attempting to manufacture five grams or more of methamphetamine and possession of pseudoephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
