Kansas man accused of assault

A Kansas man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in the bathroom of a south Fargo bar.

FARGO (AP) — A Kansas man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in the bathroom of a south Fargo bar.

Twenty-one-year-old Mojak Wany Anyit of Olathe, Kan., was being held Friday on suspicion of sexual assault in the Cass County jail.

Police said a 22-year-old Fargo woman reported being forced to perform oral sex on Anyit in the men’s bathroom of the bar early Friday morning. Bar staff intervened.

It was not immediately known whether Anyit had an attorney.
