Child care workshop set for Monday

Child care providers are invited to attend the Chat and Play Café workshop to be held from 7-9 p.m. Monday, at Temple Baptist Church, 1545 Fourth Ave. N.W. The workshop will take participants on a Child and Adult Care Food Program adventure to an imaginary restaurant. Specials of the day will include healthy lunches in a crunch, portion distortion and CACFP regulations.

The workshop is sponsored by NDC and is approved for 2 hours of continuing education for child care providers. There is no charge to attend. To preregister, call 800-422-0326 or send an e-mail to ndc@ minot.com.
