Patrol identifies man killed in crash
ALEXANDER, N.D. (AP) — A head-on collision involving a car and a semitrailer in northwestern North Dakota has killed the driver of the car.

The Highway Patrol identified the victim as 34-year-old Jack Knapinski Jr. of White Earth.
Authorities say he was trying to pass another vehicle on N.D. Highway 200 northwest of Alexander about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday when the crash occurred.
The driver of the semitrailer, 59-year-old Gary Ray of Sidney, Mont., suffered undisclosed injuries.
