Njoroge speaking at two churches

On Sunday, John Njoroge, a native of Kenya and associate with Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, will be the guest speaker at two Jamestown churches. His topic will be “Who Needs God?” exploring the uniqueness of the Gospel in comparison with other world views.

On Sunday, John Njoroge, a native of Kenya and associate with Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, will be the guest speaker at two Jamestown churches. His topic will be “Who Needs God?” exploring the uniqueness of the Gospel in comparison with other world views.

Njoroge has worked with slum and street children in Kenya, taught in a mission school and served on church staffs in Kenya and the United States. He organizes and leads leadership training conferences in Kenya, as well as raising funds for relief projects. As an associate with Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, he travels to speak at seminars and conferences around the world. He, his wife and two sons live in Atlanta, Ga.

Njoroge will speak at 8:30 a.m. at Temple Baptist Church, 1545 Fourth Ave. N.W., and at 10:30 a.m. at First Church of the Nazarene, 1307 Sixth Ave. S,E. An offering will be received for him at both churches.
