Ament to lead N.D. finance authority

The North Dakota Industrial Commission appointed DeAnn Ament to succeed Tim Porter as executive director of the North Dakota Public Finance Authority effective April 1.

The North Dakota Industrial Commission appointed DeAnn Ament to succeed Tim Porter as executive director of the North Dakota Public Finance Authority effective April 1.

Ament has served as the business manager of the North Dakota Public Finance Authority since May 1998. Prior to joining the Public Finance Authority, she was employed with Eide Bailly LLP. Ament possesses a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Minnesota State University-Moorhead and is a graduate of the Dakota School of Banking. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ament lives in Jamestown with her husband and three children.
