Fargo hit-and-run victim back at work

A Fargo man injured in a hit-and-run about three months ago has returned to work with a floral business, though he still wears a plastic back brace.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo man injured in a hit-and-run about three months ago has returned to work with a floral business, though he still wears a plastic back brace.

Authorities continue to search for the motorist who struck Justin Bohmer and left him lying in the middle of a street with a bleeding head and broken bones.

The 25-year-old Army veteran remembers nothing about the Jan. 13 incident. His father, Dan Bohmer, has set up a reward fund for information that now has grown to more than $7,000.

Police Sgt. Mark Lykken says authorities are hoping leads come in. He says the case is considered open but inactive.
