Medcenter One is hosting a free public information session on weight-loss surgery from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Medcenter One Jamestown Clinic, 300 Second Ave. N.E.

Medcenter One’s Dr. Brent Bruderer, a board-certified general surgeon, will lead the session.
