Indian culture being celebrated at UND

A weeklong event that celebrates American Indian culture is under way at the University of North Dakota. The 40th annual Time-Out and Wacipi ends with a three-day powwow that begins Friday. The event is sponsored by the Indian Studies Association at UND. All events are open to the public and most are free.
