JC senior writes full-length novel

Jamestown College senior Bill Heinzen of Grand Rapids, Minn., is giving his English Honors presentation, “The Tales that Really Mattered: A Presentation on Writing Fantasy Fiction,” at 5 p.m. Thursday in Unruh-Sheldon 136. The event is free and open to the public.

Jamestown College senior Bill Heinzen of Grand Rapids, Minn., is giving his English Honors presentation, “The Tales that Really Mattered: A Presentation on Writing Fantasy Fiction,” at 5 p.m. Thursday in Unruh-Sheldon 136. The event is free and open to the public.

For his honors project, Heinzen wrote a full-length fantasy novel. His presentation will involve a brief overview of the history of fantasy fiction and also a discussion of the elements of the writing process.

Heinzen will graduate this spring with majors in English and accounting.
