Bismarck Jaycees to sell cookbook

The Bismarck Chapter Junior Chamber of Commerce is planning a 75th Anniversary Cookbook and is looking for past Bismarck Jaycee members who will share some of their home-cooking recipes. Former members are asked to submit three to five of their favorite recipes for the cookbook. Names will be printed with each of the recipes. Each cookbook will contain helpful cooking hints, table of contents, an index and a special section highlighting the years of the Bismarck Jaycees.

Proceeds from the cookbook will help offset the costs of the 75th Anniversary Celebration to be held on Sept. 11 in Bismarck at the Jaycee Centennial Park and other community service projects. Anyone who would like to reserve a copy or copies of the cookbook may contact the Bismarck Jaycees at 701-220-1243 or jaycees@bismarckjaycees.com.
