Children to design canvas bag at library

Children can design their own canvas bag at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Alfred Dickey Library location of the James River Valley Library System. The James River Valley Library System (combined libraries) is offering the free event. Those taking the class will design a small canvas bag for shopping or library trips. The class is free.
