Elks Camp Grassick is home to this camp each year on the southern shore of Lake Isabel about five miles south of Dawson, N.D. Each year ACC staff partner with members of the Camp Grassick staff to provide campers with access to new technology and traditional camp activities.
Campers will get the opportunity to try activities such as riding on a boat, swimming in a lake, eating s’mores and taking a hay ride throughout the camp. There are also opportunities to create pieces of art, photo albums or music through adaptive software.
TechnoCamp information — such as camp attendance criteria, a camp application and a brochure — is available at www.annecenter.org by clicking on the “Programs & Services” section and then clicking on the “Summer Camp” link. To speak to a representative from the ACC about TechnoCamp, contact ACC Assistive Technology Coordinator Theresa Hanson at 1-800-568-5175 or by e-mail at theresa.hanson@annecenter.org.
