Letter to the editor: County has kept dirt roads near Pingree usable

That should be a petroleum refinery at Spiritwood. We need more of them. The second thing is we should be very happy with our County Road Superintendent Mike Zimmerman and county commissioners the last couple of years with all the flooding and damaged roads and recycling plans.

I know the folks who use the blacktop roads would love to keep them blacktop, but so would all of us love to have blacktop roads. Here, southwest of Pingree, we have many black dirt roads (not even gravel) but all of Stutsman County has managed to keep the taxes low with good usable roads.
