Lind named Employee of Month

Correctional Officer Arlen Lind was chosen Employee of the Month for April for the James River Correctional Center.

Lind was recognized for his work ethic and attitude. He is able to complete tasks outside the normal CO duties such as operating the skid-steer loader for snow removal and moving sandbags, cutting the hole in the ice for the Polar Plunge, etc.

Lind was chosen for Employee of the Month due to his initiative, positive attitude and willingness to volunteer.
