Williams County group recognized

The Williams County Water Resources District has won an inaugural award from North Dakota's Game and Fish Department.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The Williams County Water Resources District has won an inaugural award from North Dakota's Game and Fish Department.

The agency recognized the district for its efforts in developing and enhancing public boating and fishing facilities in northwestern North Dakota.

Fisheries development supervisor Bob Frohlich says Game and Fish established the award this year and will continue to annually recognize outstanding partnership contributions.
