Student who collapsed at Pingree-Buchanan High School identified

A Pingree-Buchanan High School student who collapsed and died Thursday was identified Friday as Jordan Erickson, 17, Jamestown.

A Pingree-Buchanan High School student who collapsed and died Thursday was identified Friday as Jordan Erickson, 17, Jamestown.

Detective Jason Falk of the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday that Erickson collapsed around 12:30 p.m. while playing basketball in the school’s gym. He was taken to Jamestown Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Haut Funeral Home in Jamestown is handling funeral arrangements for Erickson.
