Crash caused by medical condition

A LaMoure, N.D., man suffered a medical condition early Friday while he was traveling westbound on North Dakota Highway 13 and died, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

A LaMoure, N.D., man suffered a medical condition early Friday while he was traveling westbound on North Dakota Highway 13 and died, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

Dallas Willey, 78, was driving a 2007 Ford F-150 when he suffered a medical condition, left the roadway, and entered the south ditch where the pickup became stuck due to wet conditions. The vehicle sustained only minor damages and there were no injuries as a result of the crash.

Willey was pronounced dead at the scene, the patrol said. The incident remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol and the LaMoure County Sheriff’s Office.
