Fire department responds to call

The Jamestown Fire Department responded to a call at a residence around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. The apparent dryer fire was reported at 1009 10th St. S.E.

The occupants of the home had safely evacuated, according to initial reports. More information was not available at press time.
