Jamestown wins in Wahpeton

The Jamestown JV squad cleared the field by 27 strokes to finish first at the Wahpeton Junior High golf meet at Wahpeton Bois De Sioux Golf Course on Wednesday. Jacobi Lux led the charge for Jamestown by earning medalist honors by shooting a 90. Valley City’s Nick Stevens and Jamestown’s Nick Watney each posted a 104 and Cale Jensen and Brandon Thrift, both from Jamestown, finished with 105s.

Jacobi Lux led the charge for Jamestown by earning medalist honors by shooting a 90. Valley City’s Nick Stevens and Jamestown’s Nick Watney each posted a 104 and Cale Jensen and Brandon Thrift, both from Jamestown, finished with 105s.

Jamestown’s team total was 404.

Valley City finished second with a team score of 431 and Wahpeton placed third with a 464.
