Bismarck diocese marks 100 years

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Bismarck is marking its 100-year anniversary.

BISMARCK (AP) — The Roman Catholic Diocese of Bismarck is marking its 100-year anniversary.

About 8,000 Catholics are expected to gather at the Bismarck Civic Center from Friday through Sunday to mark the centennial anniversary.

The diocese covers the western portion of North Dakota and serves about 62,000 Catholics.
