Residents in Bismarck area asked to conserve water
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Water customers in Bismarck, Lincoln and surrounding areas served by the South Central Regional Water District are being asked to cut back water use to only essential purposes.

Bismarck officials say the city's water treatment plant is having problems processing water and its reservoir is low.
Voluntary water restrictions were announced Sunday morning.
