Jamestown caps tournament 2-3

Jamestown Post 14 finished the Storm Classic in Devils Lake with an 8-4 win over the host team on Saturday. Post 14 finished the three-day tournament fourth out of the six teams with a 2-3 record. No additional details were available on Saturday’s game.

Bloomington Gold (Minn.) went 5-0 and placed first. Wolf Point (Mont.) went 4-1, Rolette (N.D.) was 3-2, Post 14 2-3, Devils Lake 1-4 and Renville County (Minn.) went winless at 0-5.

Post 14 (10-14, 4-6) returns to conference play today when they travel to Dickinson to face the Roughriders. The first game starts at 6:30 p.m. Their next home action is Sunday when Williston is here at 5:30 p.m.
