YMCA hosting duathlon July 24

The James River Family YMCA is hosting a Run Bike Run duathlon on July 24. Individuals, and relay teams of two or three people, will run three miles from the YMCA to the Jamestown Marina, bike nine miles and then run three miles back to the YMCA.

Individuals, and relay teams of two or three people, will run three miles from the YMCA to the Jamestown Marina, bike nine miles and then run three miles back to the YMCA.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. with the race at 9.

Awards will be given to the first place male, female and team.
