Hearing to be held on hazardous highway

Organizers say the discussion in New Town on Thursday will focus on improving safety on state Highway 23.
Three Affiliated Tribes Chairman Marcus Levings has said that oil development has taken a toll on roads in and around the reservation. Levings has proposed widening Highway 23 to four lanes to increase safety.
