Andrea Haugen, Bismarck, N.D., and Bruce Land, Kulm, N.D., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Carrie and Floyd Curtis, Jamestown, and the late John R. Smith, and Randy Land, Kulm, and the late Phyllis Land.

Andrea is employed as the director of nursing at Medcenter One, St. Vincent’s Care Center, Bismarck.

Bruce farms near Kulm.

An Aug. 21 wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown, followed by a reception at the Bunker, Hillcrest Golf Course.
