Military spraying bugs in Williston

WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — The Air Force is slated to resume spraying mosquitoes this week in the Williston area.

County vector control director Fran Bosch said the spraying is slated for Wednesday in Williston, Trenton and Watford City.

Bosch said about 25,000 acres will be sprayed with a chemical called Zenivex. This is the third year an Air Force crew based in Youngstown, Ohio, has helped spray for mosquitoes in Williston as part of a training exercise.
