Disc golf event taking place now
Parks and Rec departments in Jamestown, Bismarck, Dickinson, Grand Forks, Fargo and Mandan are teaming up with Rock 30 games for a disc golf treasure hunt in each community.
Parks and Rec departments in Jamestown, Bismarck, Dickinson, Grand Forks, Fargo and Mandan are teaming up with Rock 30 games for a disc golf treasure hunt in each community.
The event began Monday and runs through Aug. 13, leading into the 11th annual N.D. State Disc Golf Championship in Grand Forks Aug. 13-14.
Each Monday three minis will be hidden in local disc golf courses. Minis are used in the sport of disc golf to mark a player’s throw and are about four inches in diameter.
The mini disc golf course in Jamestown is at Klaus Park, 1002, 2nd Ave. SE.
