Letter to the editor: Trip to see LaMoure theater performance was worthwhile
I am writing to rave about the wonderful performance I witnessed at the LaMoure County Summer Musical Theatre in Grand Rapids, N.D., on July 22. I have been a follower of the theater for years, even performing in some productions, but have yet to see such a grand show. Thank you to The Jamestown Sun for the wonderful coverage and the front page picture. It encouraged me to attend and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to enjoy such an eventful night. The characters are wonderful, the sound quality was great and I have to say that I did not expect such a professional performance from a community theater. I was pleasantly surprised and have recommended this production to many of my friends and many more complete strangers. The show plays through this Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. I encourage you not to miss this one!
