Four to plead in North Dakota drug case
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Court documents show that four of five people charged in a Red River Valley drug conspiracy case have reached plea agreements with the government.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Court documents show that four of five people charged in a Red River Valley drug conspiracy case have reached plea agreements with the government.
John Kuhn, Debbie Asplin-Neels, Ashley Haug, Ashley Keplin and Carl Renecker are charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Authorities say they were dealing methamphetamine in North Dakota, Minnesota and elsewhere.
All of the defendants except Renecker have agreed to plead guilty. Renecker is scheduled for trial on Aug. 31.
