Neva celebrating her 95th birthday

Ruth Neva, Jamestown, is marking her 95th birthday on Aug. 30. She lives at Hi-Acres Manor.

She was married to Albert Neva for 71 years; he died in November 2009.

She has no children but several nieces and nephews and a brother, Len (Frances) Rude.
