Brim, Hammond to speak at conference
Chip Brim of Branson, Mo., and the Rev. Lynne Hammond, Minneapolis, will be the guest speakers for the Roundup at Circle C Ranch near Bismarck from Aug. 13-15. This Bible conference is open to all and there is no admission fee.
Chip Brim of Branson, Mo., and the Rev. Lynne Hammond, Minneapolis, will be the guest speakers for the Roundup at Circle C Ranch near Bismarck from Aug. 13-15. This Bible conference is open to all and there is no admission fee.
Brim is a lifelong athlete and coach at high school and college levels. He coached 10 teams to championships, the Razorbacks of the University of Arkansas among them. He then went on to become a scout for the Houston Astros. He will speak at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 13 and 14, and 2:30 p.m. Aug. 15.
Brim will also speak for the Youth Rally at 7:30 Aug. 15.
This is the first time the Circle C Ranch has held a youth rally in conjunction with the Roundup. Chris Lippert of Bismarck and his band, 7 Day Jones, will be featured at that event.
Hammond will speak at 10 a.m. Saturday only. The author of 10 books and a Bible teacher, she is known for her practical instruction on prayer and leading group prayer. She is the national director of Daughters for Zion, the prayer network of Christians United for Israel, and speaks internationally.
